Mead provided excellent service and knowledge for renting out an investment property as well as selling another. He negotiated for me and was able to achieve the best deal. When the home went under contract, Mead was always there at the home representing my best interest. He even was more than willing and able to obtain multiple repair quotes and be onsite to arrange for the repairs.
